Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat. Hai berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan sumber daya manusianya juga semakin meningkat. Akibatnya tingkat pengangguran Hampir sebagian besar perusahaan sekarang menggunakan sistem telah terkomputerisasi, otomatis menuntut seseorang untuk dapat tersebut dengan baik.
